Working with Nicole was awesome! She made the whole home-buying process so much easier and way less stressful than I expected. She also helped me find a commercial property as well. Nicole did an amazing job selling my parents condo. Prior to Nicole I had another realtor and barely any showings. Immediately when Nicole took the listing she had numerous showings and went into contract within 30 days of her having the listing. She’s very knowledgeable and very helpful and goes far and beyond for her clients. If I can give her 10 stars I would.

We cannot say enough praises for Florida realtor, Nicole Marks. It's not easy selling a house in Florida when you live in California. She was above and beyond helpful. Since we had not seen the house in several years, she got an inspection report done. She then lined up roofers and HVAC people, giving us a choice from several bids. She gave us helpful advice, got quality photos taken, kept us informed on the market and showings. The net result was a timely sale over asking price - not an easy fete in today's high interest rate market. She not only is very competent and knowledgeable but also a pleasure to work with. Nicole can write the manual on how a realtor should work with their clients. She heard me, and not only listened to my needs she understood them. I was on a tight schedule to find a home in a few days; she organized several full days of looking at homes. She had a printout on each home so I could take notes and have a reference to look at later. And if you prefer an email, she provides that instead. Patience is defiantly her virtue, I never felt rushed, and I knew I was her priority. When there were follow-up questions, she immediately got the answers. Since I was out of town during the inspection process she met them for me. At closing Nicole was there to do my walk through with me remotely on facetime. She is the definition of professionalism, and her many years as a successful realtor is evident every step of the way! Choosing Nicole as your realtor will be one of the best decisions you make in finding your new home. It was for me, and I am now in my new home and could not be happier in with my decision.

I was looking for something VERY specific that all the realtors I spoke to before Nicole told it didn't exist. I met Nicole at around 10am in a zoom meeting, reached out to her and within 2 or 3 hours I had 5 options to check. It took Nicole 3 weeks to find me my unicorn. I moved in to my new apartment on March 1st and I love it! I would recommend Nicole to any and everyone who's looking to sell, buy or rent.

Nicole Marks represented me on the sale of my house. This review is in reference to the most wonderful realtor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Nicole Marks, P.A. was superb from the very start. Superb is putting it lightly. Coming from New York to buy in Florida is not an easy process. Nicole listened with extreme professionalism to find us exactly what we wanted. We were very specific with our requirements as far as price, condition, and demographics of the population. Immediately, we had several wonderful listings emailed to us. We were both very impressed in what she had found within a day. As we weren’t able to immediately travel to Florida from New York, Nicole kept on top of new listings as they became available and they were immediately emailed to us for our review. When we arrived in Florida, Nicole had already scheduled available listings that met our criteria. She is extremely knowledgeable of each area and what it has to offer. We took a look at approximately 5 listings and fell in love with all of them. We decided on which one we wanted and went under contract that day. Nicole also has wonderful communication skills and knows the buying procedure down to a science. We are very much looking forward to moving into our new condo. I am not good at writing reviews but I have to as a thank you to one of the best if not the best realtor around. I have to say she is extremely great at her job. A friend recommended her so I called and talked with her. Told her what I was looking for and Within a week I signed a lease for exactly what I wanted. Basically she got the job done with ease. I just concluded a deal with Nicole selling my father's home. This was an estate sale in a 55 plus community. Nicole listed the property and had beautiful professional photos taken. The property was under contract in 2 days. While the buyer and the buyers agent were difficult, Nicole was the consummate professional and the entire process went as smooth as possible. Nicole made a referral to an amazing closing attorney with a very responsive assistant and that also went very smoothly. You will be in good hands if you chose Nicole as your agent for either buying or selling a property.

Although I was only looking for a condo rental, Nicole treated me as if I were her most important client. And this was certainly not an easy rental experience for either of us because of all the "chefs" in the mix: the owner's agent, the owner, the HOA board, and the HOA management company. I was moving from AZ, so not being locally available created its own challenges, but Nicole was great at being my local rep. She smoothed out issues and made sure that painting and repairs were taken care of. When I finally got to FL, things went much more smoothly thanks to all her up-front effort. I hope I will be buying sometime in the not-too-distant future, and when I do, I will absolutely turn to Nicole to be my agent.

I first met Nicole in 2007 after I moved to Florida from New York and was looking for a condominium to purchase. Nicole was such a pleasure to work with and took care of all the details. Nicole was very responsive from the beginning which is much more than I can say for other local agents. She was extremely patient with us as first time home buyers and probably looked at 20-30 properties. The property we ultimately purchased met all of our criteria and Nicole did an excellent job of managing the seller's agent, who was difficult and disrespectful. i would definitely use Nicole again.

My fiancé and I began the search for our first home in October of 2010 and found Nicole through Zillow. During our first meeting Nicole stated that “I promise that I will find you your dream home and will not rest until we are sitting at the closing table.” We left that day knowing that there couldn’t possibly be another real estate professional in the area as emotionally invested and dedicated to making our dream a reality. I am obsessively compulsive by nature and life decisions as mundane as choosing between regular or multigrain cheerios have been known to involve cell phone research and impromptu cereal aisle focus groups. You can therefore imagine the amount of time and effort that was devoted to the purchase of my first home. I can honestly say that Nicole was on the receiving end of literally thousands of questions and never once did I get the impression that she was too busy to field my emails or calls. Nor did I sense even the slightest semblance of frustration when I declined to move forward on any of the dozens of properties we saw together. Our property search stretched over three months and three counties and never once did Nicole waver from the promise delivered during our first meeting. We found our dream house and I can happily say that I am writing this review from the home I plan on raising a family in. I would not be sitting where I am without Nicole and can truthfully say that she is not only my real estate professional for life but also my friend.
